Booking
Conditions
· Tariffs
include linen and are subject to change without notice. 1 bedroom = 2
person; 2bedroom = 4
person; 3 bedroom = 6 person. Extra person charge = $30 per person
per night. Maximum of 2 extra people per apartment.
Cancellation Policy
· A cancellation
fee of 1/3 total tariff applies for bookings cancelled less than 14 days of
arrival date (21 days high and peak seasons, public holiday weekends and
special events). A $50 administration fee will apply in all cases. In the
event of a no-show, full tariff will be charged on day of arrival. No
refund will be given for early departures.
· Credit
Card details are required as deposit for all charges incurred by the
letting regardless of when these charges are made.
· Full
payment on arrival. We accept all credit cards and have EFTPOS facilities.
We do NOT accept personal cheques on arrival.
· Check-in
time is from 2.00pm, check-out time is by 10.00am. Other times by
arrangement, charges may apply.
· All
breakages, damages and lost keys are to be reported and paid for by the
guests. Acceptance of the key and giving us credit card details is
approval by you to us to access that account to pay for subsequent damage,
loss or charges found after checkout.
· Guest
vehicles must only be parked in designated parking space.
· $30
charge applies to replace lost keys
· Upon
checkout, the apartment must be left in a neat and tidy condition.
All dishes, pots, pans and cutlery to be clean and put away. All
rubbish is to be removed to bins provided in the car park. Failure to
comply may incur extra charges.
· Any
description of the premises by resort staff is given in good faith and no
responsibility for misinterpretation will be accepted. While every
endeavour will be made to meet requests, we cannot guarantee a particular
unit number and reserve the right to change accordingly.
· SMOKING
inside units will incur 1 extra night tariff due to our inability to
immediately re-let the apartment, because of the lingering smell.
· Children
using resort facilities must be SUPERVISED by an adult over 18 years of age
at all times.
· Visitors
are the responsibility of the resident guest and Strata By-Laws must be
adhered to at all times. Visitors must be limited in number and are only
permitted to use the Resort facilities at the discretion of the Manager and
accompanied by a resort guest.
· The
Barbecues are for all guests to enjoy. As a courtesy please leave the BBQ
clean and tidy after use.
· Pool
area closes at 9pm. Group parties by arrangement with and at the sole
discretion of Management.
·
Absolutely NO PETS permitted on the premises or in the apartments at any
time whatsoever.
· Failure
to comply with Management requests could result in guests being asked to
leave the premises immediately with no refund for time unused
Paying of deposit
and/or receipt of key is acceptance of above conditions
